Around 40% weight of the white whale body is its blubber. The white whales play with food, driftwood and air bubbles for their entertainment.
The females receive maturity at 5 years very early than the males at  7 to 9 years. There are four White whales in at the Aquarium named as Kavna, Imaq, Aurora and Qila. Kavana is the female one having the length of 3.8 metres and weight of 900 kg and of 33 years of age.

Its diet is 12.5 kg of herring, squid and capelin every day. Aurora is also the female one of 17 years old and 3.4 meters long. This 750kg weighing female eats less food than Kavna which is 11 kg of the same food ate by Kavna. Another female Qila is 10 years old and eats 15 kg food per day. The weight of this female whale is 595 kg with 3.5 meters long.
The only male whale is Imaq which is 1739 kg in weight and of 16 years old.

This 3.9 meters whale takes 26 kg of food daily. The white whale has very good vision in comparison to the other whales. Due to absence of the dorsal fins they are called as the dolphin without wing. After the ice moves offshore during the springs between 5th and 10th June the white whales are seen at saint Michaels.
June is the period of mating, socialize and give birth to the calves for the white whales. The tourists go to see these activities at Solovetsky archipelago in the White sea, every year between June and Middle August. 
Walrus is one of the enemies of these whales. Though the y can migrate up to 800 km, they some times die due to suffocation and starvation due to trapping under ice.
